QUANTA HELIX:
Quanta Helix light bars and drivers are covered by a two (2) year warranty. Each product warranty begins on date of purchase. This light is air cooled and it is not designed for unventilated enclosed canopies.   Using this product in an enclosed, non ventilated canopy will void your warranty.

QUANTA ATLAS:
Quanta Atlas has a warranty of two (2) years. Each product warranty begins on date of purchase.​ This light is air cooled and it is not designed for unventilated enclosed canopies.   Using this product in an enclosed, non ventilated canopy will void your warranty.

WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR ALL QUANTA LIGHTS PRODUCTS:
Warranty on all products is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and only covers failures due to manufacturing issues. QL reserves the right to determine the validity of each warranty claim. QL does not cover personal injury, property loss, or other damages associated with the use of their products. QL does not cover issues arising from improper use (temperature abuse, etc.), acts of nature, electrical surge, power failure, saltwater corrosion/immersion, improper installation, failure of mounting systems, or improper maintenance. Mount kits are not covered by this warranty. Any items that have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by a third party will void this warranty.

An enclosed canopy is defined as having three sides and the top enclosed without ventilation provided by fans that are properly sized for the heat load of the lights. The maximum ambient temperatures are listed for each product and must be adhered to. A minimum air space of 2" must be maintained between the top of the light and the canopy top. Air movement is critical for air cooled lighting. The lights cannot be covered with anything that would prevent heat transfer.

The purchaser must contact QL in writing, within the duration of product warranty, providing full details of reason for return and proof of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to QL. All packaging and shipping of returned product is at the owner’s cost. Tracking and shipping insurance is strongly suggested. QL is not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, QL will contact purchaser to advise of next steps. If upon inspection,
the returned light is deemed to be covered under the above warranty, QL will either have the product repaired or replaced, and ship the new product to purchaser. The replacement product, any repairs, and return shipping fees are fully covered by QL. If upon inspection, the returned product is found to NOT be covered under the above warranty, purchaser will be contacted by QL and will have the option to pay for product to be shipped back to them, pay for any possible repairs, or have QL dispose of it.
